Southpoint Apartments, completed and now occupied since
February 2005, is an eight-storey residential apartment block,

apartments and basement car parking. The ground floor consists
of individual office suites with outdoor terrace areas, a
concourse, lobby and entrance. This project has successfully

The redevelopment of Westfield
Doncaster received planning approval in May 2004, with
work on the $650 million project commencing in January 2007.
The transformation increased total retail space to around
109,000 m2.
The grand opening of the redeveloped centre took place on
16 October 2008.
The new-look Westfield contains an array of new stores and
sweeping views to the city in the new food area - The Drum.

Site preparation has commenced with the official 'Turning
of the Sod' on 10 November 2009.
The Berkeley will comprise 49 one, two and three bedroom
apartments, including five exclusive double-storey homes,

landscaped gardens, a gymnasium and outdoor swimming pool.

Proposal is for a $39.7 million, ten-storey affordable housing
project to be managed by Loddon
Mallee Housing Services.
The development will be a minimum six-star Environmentally
Sustainable Design rated and will include 98 one, two and
three bedroom apartments, including six apartments that will
be modified for tenants with a disability.

Site preparation commenced some time ago, however the project
is stalled for now.
This will be the final stage of the Sovereign Point complex,
located on the Williamsons Road frontage opposite Westfield

– The Ridge, The Crest and The Gardens.
