This $39.7 million, ten-storey affordable housing project
is managed by Haven
(formerly Loddon Mallee Housing Services).
The development includes 98 one, two and three bedroom apartments,
including six apartments that have be modified for tenants
with a disability.

Westfield Doncaster – 619 Doncaster Road, Doncaster
Hill

The redevelopment of Westfield
Doncaster received planning approval in May 2004, with
work on the $650 million project commencing in January 2007.
The transformation increased total retail space to around
109,000 m2.
The grand opening of the redeveloped centre took place on
16 October 2008.
The new-look Westfield contains an array of new stores and
sweeping views to the city in the new food area - The Drum.

is a four and five storey apartment complex.
The building comprises 45 dwellings, made up of 24 one-bedroom

The first development to be constructed in the Doncaster
Hill Activity Centre was Southpoint Apartments at 8 Clay Drive,
Doncaster.
Southpoint Apartments, completed and now occupied since
February 2005, is an eight-storey residential apartment block,
with sweeping views across the south from Doncaster Hill.
Features of the development include two and three bedroom
apartments and basement car parking. The ground floor consists
of individual office suites with outdoor terrace areas, a
concourse, lobby and entrance. This project has successfully
incorporated ESD into its design and built form.

Civic Precinct Community Hub – 675-699 Doncaster Road,

Status: Work commenced
Permit includes the use and development of the land for an
Office, restaurant (café) and a Civic Precinct (Community
Hub including library and gallery) in a four storey building,
with associated basement car parking, forecourt and landscaping
and to alter access to a Road Zone Category 1 (Doncaster Road).
The Pinnacle – 632 Doncaster Road, Doncaster Hill

Construction has commenced on both Stage 1 and Stage 2 of
the Berkeley development.

parking for 62 cars. It will also include rainwater-irrigated
landscaped gardens, a gymnasium and outdoor swimming pool.
