Draft Doncaster Hill Precinct 1 Masterplan Manningham Council has released the Draft Doncaster Hill Precinct 1 Masterplan for public comment, which will guide development of Precinct 1 over the next 20 to 30 years. Draft Doncaster Hill Precinct 1 Masterplan - Have your say The Draft Doncaster Hill Precinct 1 Masterplan will be used to guide development within Precinct 1 of the Doncaster Hill Activity Centre. Development will occur over the next 20 to 30 years, with Stage 1 - the Civic Precinct - expected to be completed within the next three years. The grant is expected to kick-start the $28.35 million project that will deliver family, community, education and health services to the Manningham community. The Community Centre will include a state-of-the-art library, gallery, cafe, maternal and child health services and office accomodation for Doncare. The Plan is part of Council's work with Sustainability Victoria to prepare a sustainable energy 'road map' and develop Doncaster Hill as a Smart Energy Zone. Submissions can be made until Friday 29 May.
