Minister approves 91 Tram Road development

A major new development on Doncaster
Hill has been given the go-ahead with the Minister for Planning,
Justin Madden, approving the application for 'The Madison'
apartments at 91-93 Tram Road.
Student explore landscape possibilities
for Doncaster Hill | 16 December 2009
With support from Manningham City Council, University of
Melbourne Landscape Architecture Masters students have explored
planning and design options for a linear site of some three
kilometres from Doncaster Hill and Westfield to Ruffey Lake
Park. A

Funding secured for Heritage Soundpost project

Manningham City Council has secured
$37,727 in funding from the Department of the Environment,
Water, Heritage and the Arts, for the Doncaster Hill Heritage
Soundposts and Brochure project.
First sod turned on 'The Berkeley' development

Manningham Mayor, Cr Charles Pick,
this week turned the first sod at a ceremony to mark the commencement
of work on The Berkeley development, located on the corner
of Berkeley and Tower Streets, which is being developed by
AXF Group.
Affordable housing project announced | 13

announcement of an affordable housing development to be constructed
