Luxury hotel given the green light

On 25 July 2006 Manningham Council approved the development of a luxury hotel, complete with function centre and restaurant for Doncaster Hill. The nine-story, 140-room hotel will be constructed at 682 Doncaster Road and is consistent with the Doncaster Hill vision.

The proposal will be required to comply with local and state planning policies and incorporate Ecologically Sustainable Development principles into its design.
