Doncaster Hill is 20 year vision to create a mixed use sustainable urban village in the civic heart of Manningham.

The vision for Doncaster Hill includes:

  • Attractive outdoor spaces - Doncaster Road is being transformed into a tree-lined boulevard and will be the focus of vibrant street activity. Safe and attractive streets and open spaces encourage walking and cycling.
  • Connecting the community - a $38 million community hub (MC²) has been designed to encourage community interaction and participation in learning, culture and the arts. This five green star rated contemporary facility will showcase trigeneration and includes a library, community support services, family and health services, a gallery and performing arts space.
  • Business prosperity and local employment - a $650 million redevelopment of Westfield Doncaster has been a catalyst for ongoing local development and confidence in the Hill is high.
